For the past 10-plus years our IT department has helped the firm grow by:
- Creating a reliable and secure internal computer network.
- Establishing a plan for regular equipment upgrades (Computers, printers, scanners, copiers).
- Routinely upgrading software (During tax season they may do 2 to 3 updates to handle all the tax law changes).
- Instituting redundant backup systems to protect the integrity of our data.
- Providing training for staff.
