Seeking an individual to perform a variety of administrative services for our firm. We are a dynamic regional firm providing an array of, tax and accounting services for individuals, and large and small businesses primarily in the Montgomery and Bucks County areas of Pennsylvania.
Administrative responsibilities include:
- Supporting partners and accounting staff
- Answering phones and greeting clients when receptionist is absent or unavailable
- Marketing for the firm
- Assisting with annual renewals such as firm health insurance
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ambitious and highly motivated
- Personal integrity coupled with effective communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
