How have you grown since starting at Detweiler Hershey? Since starting at Detweiler Hershey, I have gained valuable experience that has given me the ability to help clients with day-to-day tasks and grow their business. I  also have grown in my leadership skills as I guide other employees in their career.

What do you hope to accomplish in this new position? As Principal, I hope to continue growing in my skillset as an accounting and business consulting professional, and help clients pursue their financial goals.

Nate Weaver, CPA

How have you grown since starting at Detweiler Hershey? When I started at Detweiler Hershey, I did not have a background on how to provide for the needs of business clients.  In the years since I  have started, I have grown in my understanding of how businesses and their owners operate, as well as how to help them reach their goals.

What do you hope to accomplish in this new position? In this new position, I hope to continue to teach staff in their ability to provide excellent service to clients, and encourage employees to grow in  their understanding of accounting related concepts.
