New Partners
Detweiler Hershey is excited to announce two new partners, Tracy Voce and Nathan Weaver. This significant achievement speaks to their exceptional contributions to the firm and their commitment to client success.
Tracy Voce, CPA has been with Detweiler Hershey since 2005, earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeSales University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, graduate of The Rainmaker Academy, and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. Tracy excels at juggling many tasks seamlessly, ensuring smooth operations within our firm and the satisfaction of clients. She oversees a majority of the associates, assists in the firms quality control, and works with both individual and business clients. Additionally, Tracy is involved in Detweiler Hershey’s business consulting services, helping clients achieve their goals.
Outside of her professional life, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and volunteering. She currently serves as the board treasurer for the Keystone Opportunity Center, contributing her financial expertise to support the organization's mission.
Nathan Weaver, CPA joined the Detweiler Hershey team in 2011. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Messiah University and is set to graduate from The Rainmaker Academy this December. Nathan is also a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. He works with businesses and individuals to address their diverse tax and accounting needs. Known for his organized and efficient approach to work, he takes great pleasure in helping clients understand new concepts, including business transitions, tax strategies, and cash flow management.
Outside of the office, Nathan is involved with Franconia Mennonite Church and serves on the BuxMont Council for Messiah University. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as reading a good book.
